This place engages in what is known as "yo yo financing", where you are told you are approved for a loan but then they decide you aren't later, and want the car and a big chunk of your down payment for keeps. Once you sign the contract, your calls will not be returned and all the previous friendliness and politeness goes out the window. If you don't mind losing money and being treated badly, I highly recommend. Google yo yo financing to know the warning signs.

Leased a 2012 Rogue from Stone Mountain Nissan; Marla, Ricardo, Brad, Sam and the rest really made the experience an enjoyable one....Really good folks! Y'all give them a try and say Mr. Carson sent ya!

I recently took my vehicle in for a service issue and was very satisfied with the diagnosis and the plans to fix my vehicle. Mr. Zani and Mr. Burns were very professional and polite. I would re-visit this dealership again.

Patrick was my salesman. He is wonderful and took good care of me and my family. I would definately reccomend this salesman and the dealership. I shopped around. went to sutherlin nissan and gwinnett place. I could see a big difference within the environment. I was calm and relaxed, in the others i was confused and drained. This salesperson is really great and I would reccomend. I had a wonderful experience

My wife and I visited Stone Mountain Nissan to test drive a car they advertised online. The salesman "Winslow" was great. Knowledgeable on the product and courteous. We asked to take the car to our mechanic to have it checked out. Winslow asked the used car Manager if we could take the vehicle overnight. The used car Manager would only allow us to take the vehicle if we purchased it and if it failed inspection he would give us a credit. To top it off we live in Cartersville, GA about 60 miles away. When he asked what mechanic we would take the Vehicle to I gave him the name of our personal mechanic. At that point he stated he had never heard of him. What a waste of time. I couldn't imagine purchasing a car from this dealership while this Manager is in place.

Our buying experience was great. Service afterward has been a major disappointment. We have found the Stone Mountain service department to be the epitome of customer NO service - so much so that we will never buy another Nissan product.

I went here a few times, but they don't care what car you want, they just want to sell you what they have in stock. I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and they tried to sell me everything else. They tried different options and tried selling me a different model that they KNEW was $4000 above the budget I gave them. On top of that, they still keep bugging me with emails asking if they could help. I responded to the first few email blasts, but they never contacted me. I got hooked up with Nissan South by going through CarsDirect.com. Now thats a great company.

I purchased a car from them and was lied to about it having only one owner and was subjected to pricing tricks. I asked for a copy of the car fax and was reassured that I would get one. I was pushed along answering questions and signing here and there all the while being reassured they were getting the car fax but "dont worry' it only had one owner." I got home to find damage to the car. When I went back to the dealership I was treated with disrespect and ignored. When I insisted on the car fax, I then saw that it was a rental vehicle. The general manager, Johnny, told me that it was too late, I signed the papers and he wasn't obligated by law to do anything for me. I called the next day and he told me that no other dealership would even be talking to me a that point and that I was a liar. I had to return 5 more times to take car of various things that went wrong with the car. (The dealership is about 40 miles from my house). The only compensation that I received for my trouble was a tank of gas and 2 free oil change coupons (which I would have to travel 40 miles to redeem).

ok, had a few problems with this place. First started with our salesmen. We were nice and requested him only because we talked to him on the phone for directions. Big mistake. He didn't know much about anything and was rude, gross just a gross guy. So anyway, the sales manager is actually an ok dude, makes us a pretty fair deal we are considering. So we go to... the finance manager. He questions everything, wants copies of our paystubs, electrical bills, etc, etc. I've never been asked for any of this for a basic credit check Tells us the best deal he can get is 12% APR for only 36 months. Um.. ok.. CYA. Ended up getting the same make/model car at 60 months for 5.5% apr. Don't waste your time.

Bought 4 cars from them in the past 3 years. The sales people are excellent (especially Richard Lachin) and they don't make you feel like you'r swimming with the sharks.
