Service dept extremely rude; liars, 9/01/2010

My wife has a 2006 Corolla that started exhibiting symptoms related to a TSB from Toyota. After getting a computer scan from my local auto parts store it displayed a P2716 error code, which was the... exact error code listed in the TSB. According to the TSB, this issue was covered under the Federal Emissions warranty up to 80,000 miles and my wife's car only had 71,000 miles. My wife first took the car to another Toyota dealer to get it fixed, but when it looked like they wouldn't fix it even though the TSB stated it was covered, I decided to give Stone Mountain Toyota a call to see if they would honor the TSB if I ended up taking the car to them instead. The person I spoke to got quite rude and combative saying that he WOULD NOT fix the issue free of charge even though it was stated in the TSB that it was covered under warranty. He even had the audacity to tell me that the "P2716" error code I got from the computer scan was an "aftermarket" code which was a lie and complete B.S. Long story short, the other Toyota dealer ended up fixing the issue free of charge, but after this experience with Stone Mountain Toyota over the phone, I will be sure to NEVER go there for service in the future.
