We lived here for almost a year and we do not have any current issues. The new company Ventron has taken over and changes and renovations are taking place. I looked at a new unit they did and I am pretty blessed. I am absolutely in love with my new community.

DON'T DO IT!!!! The person who we dealt with was really nice, but NOT ABOUT HER BUSINESS AT ALL. We had to make SEVERAL calls to follow up on the application process, and NONE WERE EVER RETURNED. The same for emails. Our only recourse was to call and call and call again until we FINALLY would catch her on the phone. When referencing emails that were sent, the answer was more often than not "oh, we never got that... we're having problems with our emails, can you please resend...?). I could go on and on, but that would make this rating too long for most - the point is that if the customer service is THIS BAD for people who have not yet signed a lease, can you imagine what it will be like once you're officially LOCKED IN????? I did escalate my concerns to management, who was just as rude - never acknowledged/addressed any of my concerns, made if VERY CLEAR that she didn't want o

I thought this place was decent for the price, but it is NOT worth the low rent. It is older, and not well cared for on the inside. I have had a few major maintenance/other issues, and every time it has escalated because the administrators do not take responsibility for any problem. I have been told multiple times that I "don't need to be upset" and I need to "calm down" and ANY time I have an issue, there is SOMETHING in the ridiculous contract that saves the apartment complex from being responsible. It is my belief that they are well aware of all the issues going on and they carefully craft a COMPLETELY BINDING contract so that tenants are forced to stay in spite of unfavorable circumstances. There is one reasonably genuine leasing agent, and she has shown some courtesy, but my experience with every other agent has been unpleasant. I feel patronized and helpless because legally I can do nothing. My only relief is that I have only had to deal with cockroaches, and not any rodents. We will see how long that lasts.

I'm a current resident who can't wait to move out. I was lucky enough that my fiance' let me move in with him until my lease is up, rent free. I got tired of the brown hot water that they refuse to fix properly along with other issues they just seem to ignore. The rent may be cheap but it's just not worth the hassle.

If you value your sanity, do not move here! This is the worst place I have eveer lived. The mangement is terrible, there are roaches, wasps, and spiders in all the apartments. If you have a service problem, please know ahead of time that you will either have to fix it, or pay to have it fixed yourself. maintenance takes at least 1-2 months to do their job. Renea, the leasing manager, as well as her agents are useless and do NOTHING for their tenants. There were nails sticking out of the carpet upon movce in as well at rust on all of the appliances, cabinents, and bathroom tub/shower. The heat didn't work on the coldest days of winter, and the AC didn't work ALL summer. Whatever you have to sacrifice to live in another complex, please do it. The cheap price isn't worth all of the problems you will face once they lock you into a lease here. Also, if you move in here, plan on getting robbed and the leasing manager doing NOTHING to help you. But Renea (the leasing manger) and her consultants never do anything to help their tenants anyway! Run from Stone Ridge at Vinings and never look back!
