Fraudulent company that's so embroiled in lawsuits that it changed its name and sold assets to Stradlings Fine Cabinetry (SFC) to avoid paying them. Lonnie Stradling and Laurin Hendrix will deny it so see below for the plethora of cases against Stradlings Inc & Stradlings Fine Cabinetry. Odd that they maintain that these companies are separate when they consist of the same people, premises, equipment, cars, and phone numbers. Considering they've screwed so many subs out of tens of thousands of dollars it's pretty laughable that their website boasts about "the integrity it has become known for - .honoring its contracts with its customers." Your website says " If you are looking for a company that will be there over the long haul with both stability and a strong work ethic to get your next project completed, you need look no further than Stradlings." The company is really "stable" if it's changed its name three times and has mile-long list of law suits. If you're so ethical, why do you refuse to pay your subs for the work they've completed after they take you to court and you lose?!

This place is a joke from beginning to end! The designers are not experienced and the sales/management team are sorry excuses for business people. They do not know how to treat a customer let alone complete a job correctly from start to finish. I could have done a better job by myself. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO REMODEL ANYTHING IN YOUR HOME!

My neighbors recently used this company to remodel their kitchen and I was very excited since I am planning to remodel my bathrooms. I had been looking for a good kitchen/bath place to help me with design and install. I was set to use them until I saw what a complete mess they made of a very simple project. Not only did they leave the job unfixable, but they were totally unprofessional and inconsiderate as far as trying to please their clients. I feel sorry for my neighbors as they are stuck with this sorry excuse for a remodel, but I am so glad that I was able to save myself from making a huge mistake in my project. Beware of this company.....they do not give what they offer!

Janice was great to work with; she designed my kitchen and laundry room. She had wonderful ideas, ideas that I hadn't even thought about. She also listened to what I wanted. I got bids from The Great Indoors, Lowe's and Home Depot. They were not any cheaper than Stradlings and I feel like my designer listened and had more ideas than at Home Depot or Lowe's. The kitchen turned out beautiful, exactly what I wanted. The laundry room turned out wonderful too. They were able to complete the project from beginning to end and I didn't have to find a contractor for all the detail work. Stradlings gave me a timeline for completion of both projects and they were able to meet both timelines. The installers were courteous and respectful, a nice change from many contractors. We just finished a major remodel that took a year to complete and it was a breath of fresh air to work with everyone at Stradlings. All in all, it was a pleasure to work Janice and Stradlings and I got my dream kitchen and laundry room!

Great Service from Margo and the whole crew. The kitchen cabinets turned out beautiful. The price was fair. And the communication was always great. Would use them again.

After years of putting off an inevitable remodel of my kitchen I finally decided to go for it. I thought I was going with a reputable, family owned business and put my trust in them and their employees. It was a disaster from beginning to end and if I had to do it all over I would go with one of the home improvement stores like Lowes or the Great Indoors. It would have cost me a lot less money and a lot less aggravation and my kitchen would have turned out the way I wanted it too!

I work for an amazing contractor. And we had the privelage of working for an amazing client as well. Aimee. A great combo. HOWEVER as unfortunate as it was working with stradling kitchens was a nightmare!! For the homeowner and ourselves. Basically they had no idea what they were doing. Everything from the designer to the cabinet install was done half ***. There were delays upon delays and mistakes upon mistakes. A horror for any contractor and client. Between stradling kitchen and craftsman court. These are @ places I would NEVER refer to anyone. A remodel is stressful enough. And these places make it worse were as our goal is to make it better.

Stradlings Fine Cabinetry is the most reliable company that I came in contact with. They not only designed a great kitchen, but also met all the deadlines. The representative was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who want to remodel their kitchen.
Stradlings helped me finalize my kitchen remodel and were amazing to work with! Friendly designers, with creative and collaborative style helped me think through and resolve a number of troubled areas and tight spots in my kitchen. They had a great turn around time and were very professional all the way through. If you're looking for great service, choose Stradlings!
Stradlings was a wonderful and helpful place to gather information in remodeling my kitchen. The designers were extremely well educated in the new styles of cabinetry and design. Also I found it to be very helpful that they have carpenters on hand that actually customize your orders.

Do not use this company to do any remodeling in your home. The designers are inexperienced and the company lacks customer service. I am still trying to get a resolution on the mess they made of my kitchen 4 months ago.
