Not customer focused
I used them to rebuild my house after a flood. Every time I pointed out things done wrong the owner asked me why I didn't point it out sooner (as if I was trying to prolong the job!), and they didn't do some things the way I had asked them to be done. His final invoice was grossly incorrect and included duplicate items and items I never asked for. While negotiating with him on that invoice I sold the house and when he found out he put a lien on it for the full amount of his incorrect invoice just days before the closing so he was paid that amount. LOSER!!
