customer service is entirely lacking. after spending a lot of money for a gift and specifically asking if exchange was ok they denied exchange. after 4 trips (really!) to the store to meet owner "thomas" at times they said he would be there - guess what? he wasn't there and there was no remorse by any employee or offer to assist. the items for exchange were in the original box w/ attached receipt and were DENIED saying "they don't do exchanges". these "cool dudes" will only survive because they are the only skate shop in the area, not because of their skills in dealing with humans. perhaps they should stick to relating to wooden boards.
