Strawn Carpet, Etc...

Greg was very helpful at helping find just what I was looking for. I have had my new floors for a few months now and I love them. They were instulled quickly and just the way I wanted them. Ron even went out of his way to deliver something I needed for the floors. I would use Strawn Carpet again. Great service! Great floors! Great price!

Strawn Carpet has good prices, superior work and fast installation. I have used them for several homes in the West Cobb area and their work is excellent. Professional Staff---I will definitely use them for future projects.

I checked prices for the same carpet at other places & there price was by far the best. I don't want to pay for the other places 'pretty' showroom, I just want the best value for my dollar. They installed the carpet when I wanted it with no problems.

This was for a nursery in our church. Ron was very helpful and had it installed a lot quicker than I thought. Well done. We will use them again.

I was considering recarpeting my whole house which had been damaged by our cats. Additionally, I wanted to redo my kitchen floor. Ron sent his son in law Greg to measure the house and from there after a few phone calls to him, I got a firm quote. I was seriously considering it until I decided to pass on it because the cats would only tear up the new carpet. After informing Ron about the change of plans and my wanting to just redo the kitchen floor, he told me flat out that he wasn't going to bother with it because he wouldn't make any money just doing the kitchen. Isn't that something one should not say out loud? How can anyone turn down work in this economy? Not to mention how rude it was. If you do not have an extensive, expensive job, don't bother.I'm more upset because I'd ignored the fact that he took his time in calling me back to set up the intial installation but I'd fallen in love with the kitchen flooring which was a discontinued model.I can kick myself for wasting the better part of a month with this guy. My suggestion to this company.learn the value of customer service, treat your customers well regardless of how much they plan to spend, don't turn down perfectly good money because you are greedy for more....
