Food and service must not be their top priority. We were ignored from the hostesses (2 of them) until finally 1 of them says "oh! were you waiting for a table?" We were seated and the server seemed nice at first - he wasn't too happy that I did not order an alcoholic drink but my date did. I got the Sushi Sashimi for One and the Langosta Roll and my date had the 8 oz. Center Cut Filet w/mashed potatoes. The sushi was HORRIBLE. It tasted like buffet quality sushi. Even the sushi in Kroger is better quality than the fish I was served. The "Fresh" Salmon was nasty and tasted expired. The tekka maki wasn't even a complete ROLL. It seemed to be busting at the seams and had rice all over the outside seaweed. The Langosta Roll was okay - but I definitely have had better. The mango was not sweet and the avocado had no flavor. The filet and potatoes were alright but the price is understandable for the rent of this place! We asked for refills and an extra pair of chopsticks which did not turn up until 10 minutes later after I reminded our server again! The server shouldn't say "SURE!" to us then just walk past us multiple times without refilling our drinks. This did not occur on a bustling Friday or Saturday night - this was Sunday night @ 9 PM. There are much better steak and sushi restaurants in town. It seems that if you come to Strip, you are paying for the decor/atmosphere which isn't even impressive.

Of course the food is great as well, but we were impressed because the wait was not long and the food flavorful. The glass blocks and the bottle collection was a welcome decorating touch!

I have been patronizing strip since the doors opened. I was really excited to see an upscale restaurant with great food, music and enthusiastic staff. Over the last 6 months, I have witness a steady decline in service, and management's willingness to address glaring problems. For example, I waited 25 minutes at the bar for service and no one assisted me. When I addressed the problem with management, he stated that he would resolve it and I never saw him again. This did not occur on a bustling Friday or Saturday night. Each time I have visited the restaurant, I've ordered what use to be my favorite dish - fried lobster tails. Currently, it is a greasy soggy mess. This restaurant is no longer welcoming and has lost its appeal and charm. After revisiting several times in hopes that conditions will improve, I give up because it is clear that they have a top down and bottom up management issue.

Let me preface my statement by saying that I am an Atlantic Station resident, and spent thousands of dollars at this restaurant in 2006 and 2007. Over the last few months, the General Manager has really let this place go downhill. All of the quality personnel and managers left, the food quality has really deteriorated, and the service is horrible! The arrogance of the management (Tim in particular), lack of ability to address issues, and sub-par service have provoked me to take my business elsewhere. I encourage you to do the same. There are numerous quality sushi and steak restaurants in town.

I've been to Strip a few times for lunch. And when I've been in a party of 2, it's been fine. But as soon as you get into a party of 3 or more it's like the servers don't know how to work. It's very strange. The food is okay. The sushi is the best part, but the service is sooooooo bad. First you think, okay maybe just this time, but it's every time, that's what's weird.

Strip adds 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more. That is fine but they hid the charge when presenting the receipt for payment. One copy even had "Have a Nice Day" written across the charge. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it at the restuarant and left another 15%. I didn't catch my mistake unitl I was headed to the airport. Yes, I am partly to blame but I won't be back.

The service at Strip was horrible, and my waiter was snotty and rude. The food was not good, especially for the price. Our waiter got my husband;s drink and food order wrong. It was not worth the trip to Atlantic Station.

We went there after work. Their drinks were just normal, nothing special nothing creative. I had much better steak and sushi paying half of the price that Strip charges. The service was not good at all. People come here because it is located in the Atlantic Station, but for us we rather go somewhere and have decent food.
