I think they're wonderful. They bend over backwards to assist you, and they go way out of the way to get us what we want. We went over the plans with them again and again, and they put in so much effort. We are very appreciative.

This has been a terrific experience from the initial conversation, through choosing and working with the architect, and then through the actual build. Structures helped us work through some severe lot drainage issues as well as satisfying certain restrictions with the Village that we are in. I have discussed the book 'GOOD TO GREAT', which addresses how to build great companies, with Steve Kendrick. Not only was Steve aware of the book he plays the tapes in his car. It is apparent that he has built his company with exceptional people.This is a GREAT organization that anyone who plans to build or remodel should use. We would be happy to answer anyone's questions about our experience.

STRUCTURES Building Company completed a construction project for our downtown Charleston, SC home in 2010. The project was quite complex as it included the demolition of an old structure, which was replaced with a new building that had to adhere to strict zoning rules and BAR standards of Charleston. Working with our custom design documents, the STRUCTURES team guided us on every step of the process. Complex issues related to engineering standards for the area, as well as implementation of plans were dealt with by STRUCTURES with precision and efficiency.

Selections were a breeze. We worked with Deborah Way from the STRUCTURES team, who provided experience, enthusiasm and practical advice to move our project and vision forward. The end results is that our new garage with office is a top quality structure built with care - by expert craftsmen. The building is highly efficient and has the look and feel of quality. We are extremely pleased. The experience of choosing a builder and undergoing a construction project can be worrying. Working with STRUCTURES relieved any anxiety we had. We watched our vision come to reality, enjoyed the process, and added value to our home and lives.

Our experience with Structures has been exceptional since the first conversation with Steve Kendrick. He explained the various building processes that are used. He and his team were invoved at every step starting with the architect meetings and have been there anytime we had a question or needed help/guidance/opinion in the selection of materials process. This team is one that everyone in the area should consider if they are building a quality home or are in the process of remodeling.They are truly an exceptional group of people who function as a great TEAM!

Working with everyone on the Structures staff was an amazing experience considering that we were 1000 miles away during the entire construction process. Every detail was identified and completed according to contract.
