Georgia Materialman's and Mechanics Claim of Lien
Lon Strulson D/B/A Real Craftsmen Contracting caused a Georgia Materialman's and Mechanics Claim of Lien to be filed in 2008 against my property by Carolina Lumber of Atlanta, Georgia. A subsequent Fulton County Magistrate Court Default Judgment was entered against Lon Strulson D/B/A Real Craftsmen Contracting, and continues to remain unpaid since the conclusion of legal action on 23 October 2008.
