Each exercise modality we offer complements the other; providing clients with challenging workouts that strenghthen the body, increase flexibility, improve posture, increase cardiovascular health, and that address muscle imbalances. All 30+ Studio Lotus instructors are appropriately certified with Power Pilates, ActivCore, or Kettlebell certifications. Studio Lotus is also a Master Training Facility for Power Pilates and ActivCore, having trained over 600 instructors in the Southeast.
