Studio Lotus Pilates

I highly recommend Studio Lotus. The instructors, facility and equipment are outstanding, the whole experience tranquil and restorative to mind and body.

I am amazed by the results: in just 31 sessions (2/week), I've dropped from size 8 to 4, improved flexibility, strength, and body awareness, and gained a sense of youthful, healthy well-being.

The instructors are pilates experts, who have the knowledge and experience to individually tailor the exercises to ones physical level and needs.

There is nothing better than a lean, strong, fit body, at any age. It's an investment in health that is priceless.

I have been going to Studio Lotus for the past two years and I am so grateful to all of my trainers. They are thoroughly trained and very personable.
Before I found Studio Lotus I could barely walk more than fifteen minutes before my knee would be in such pain I would be in bed for two days.
Years of doctors, surgeries, physical therapy did little to nothing to help my chronic knee pain.
When I came to SL they immediately found ways to help strengthen my knee both at the studio and at home.
I can now say that my knees are strong and very rarely experience pain. I even climbed part of Mt. Everest last year; going up over 18,000 ft.
I will never be able to express my gratitude to each individual at Studio Lotus.

I started working out at Studio Lotus almost 7 years ago. First with private, one-on-one sessions, and now with two to three workout partners. I love it! The instructors there are thoroughly trained and incredibly attentive to every move and breath that you make. They have been working me through pain issues due to degenerative disks and I find that the Pilates and the "Redcord" sessions are very physically and mentally beneficial. I have the utmost confidence in their abilities. The facility is professionally run and all of the staff is welcoming.

I have been doing Pilates for 3 years now and I came across this gem in Atlanta! This is by the far the BEST pilates studio I have ever found! The instructors are all professionally trained and the facility is state-of-the-art. I love the "Tower Classes" which can be taken once you are at an intermediate level. I encourage anyone of any fitness level to consider starting Pilates at Studio Lotus, you will not regret it!

Studio Lotus offers pilates and much more! I love kettlebells, which is a great combination of weight and cardiovascular training. They have an experienced group of instructors, and the facility is nice, clean and modern. Give it a try!
