I am a single Mom and I personally went drove to the Studio to make my appt in person to be sure everything was scheduled correctly. Frankie wrote down that I was scheduled for a weave and cut and gave it to me for a reminder. I needed a reminder they did not. I had one son that day and had brought stuff to keep him occupied. Waited 30 minutes for my appt, which I did not mind only to find that I was only scheduled for a cut to now I am waiting a month later for an appt. Is this the customer service that they would like to be treated with? I assume so. I work with people every day and try to do my best to meet their needs. It must not matter to them the needs of others making good impressions on new customers.
