I have been going to Stylz for about 3 years. For 3 years, I have had terrible customer service. I always gave them benefit of the doubt because they are considerably cheap for $6. Granted, it comes with the prices of terrible service that will leave you with a bad mood that will last the rest of the day. But today, i reached the tipping point. The average waiting time is 15 minutes, if you are lucky. You can not schedule eye brow threading appointments before hand, only walk ins. Except, they find a way to tend to the people they know and ignore the people that waiting before them. Leaving me waiting for 45 minutes, and to walk out in the end. I would rather take my money and PAY MORE at a BETTER SALON. NEVER GOING AGAIN.

Never honor appointment times and quality of work is very inconsistent. Never listen to the wishes of the customer, not just mine, I have seen it happen to many other customers while I have been there. They think whatever they know/do is the best and the right way...customer satisfaction means nothing. You either like what they do, or they make you feel like you have mediocre standards. Pathetic service!
