Top-Notch Service

I have only visited Subaru of Kennesaw for service, but if their sales team is anything like Lydia I know I will be taken care of should I be in the market for another Subaru at some point in the future. She does a great job, meets the projected time frame for service and does it all with a smile. I only gave 3 stars for service right now because my 2014 Forester is still eligible for free maintenance through 25K miles.

Great Car and Great Dealer

I purchased a 14' Outback from Subaru of Kennesaw in Oct 13'. The service during and after the sale have been great. During the 1/28/14 snow debacle my Outback made it 40 miles home passing many stranded vehicles. Thanks Subaru!

Service Oil Change

My last oil change included the check inspection list. The 4 brakes were rated 5's. Two were new brakes and two are original. Yet all were 5mm. How can that be?

excellent customer service

They went out of their way to help with a problem on blue tooth connections.. salesman Art especially. Even though we had purchased the car from a different Atlanta dealer. We recommend them for attitude and will be having our car serviced there.

Parts Department

Notice: This review is for the parts department only. Do not buy parts at the counter at this dealer. They have added 60%-75% up-charge to parts I bought there. Buy your parts online at the Subaru Parts website and pickup at the dealer. For example, I called to check on the availability of a strut mount spacer. On the phone they told me it was $3.63, which matched the online price. My wife picked the part up and they charged $6. They also tried to charge me $98 for a strut mount, but I challenged them on the price because it was only $73 online. They said ok we'll just charge you $73. If you are going in there to buy parts, make sure you know what the online price is first and take a print out with you. I'm very disappointed with this business process.

Best ever for me

Service Wait Time

I have been at this location for a oil change twice this year. First visit was on a Saturday without an appointment and an oil change service took 2 hours 30 minutes, with no service recommendations. Car needs alignment, a head gasket replacement and a clutch, but they didn't catch any of those. I guess they didn't inspect anything. Second visit, also on a Saturday but this time i had an appointment. I showed up little earlier. Still an oil change took 1 hour and 30 minutes.Oh yeah they still didn't have any recommendations. After this last visit i am not visiting this location for service. What it looks like to me: they only sell service to folks who LOOK like they can afford it. Hope this helps.

Subaru of Kennesaw

My 2007 Subaru Impreza has had a problem with the check engine light ever since I bought it. I bought the car at this dealership. I brought my car to this dealership a couple of years ago and spent $80.00 to have them tell me there is a small vapor leak - but the problem persisted. I was not able to pass the required GA emissions inspection so I bought an after market gas cap to see if that would fix the problem. It didn't, so I took it back to the dealership. For $56.00 they told me I shouldn't use an after market gas cap (I'd only had it on the car for a week) and they said they couldn't diagnose the problem because I had too much gas in the tank. It still wouldn't pass inspection and the light came back on. I called them back and they said I should get a new gas cap (!). I asked them to apply my $56.00 towards a new gas cap and I was told they couldn't. After another $60.00 or so, I have a new gas cap and it appears that the problem is solved. How come it took over $200.00 and 2 years for the DEALERSHIP to determine that I needed a $30.00 gas cap to fix a persistent problem...

A step above the average dealership...

I recently had to send in my Subaru Outback 2006 for the dreaded head gasket replacement that's all to common with these models, and toss in the 105k timing belt replacement as well. I priced this out at several Subaru repair shops, and was pleasantly surprised to find that Subaru of Kennesaw had a slighly lower price than the other shops for all the requested repairs and maintenance. I'm very pleased with the result, and also the knowledge (based on previous experiences with them...)that, if a problem occurs with the work done, I can count on Subaru of Kennesaw to work with me to fix it.

Overall Great Exprience

The time before last when I went to Subaru of Kennesaw, I had a pretty rough time simply due to the very abrasive person behind the customer counter - this was th first time I'd ever not enjoyed a trip to a Subaru dealership. This time however it was a 180 degree U-turn and my experience was excellent, I gave them one more shot and much to my delight they have a new young lady by the name of Lucy working behind the counter. Very polite, very accommodating and extremely professional, my faith in the Kennesaw dealership was restored. Aside from the customer service, they seem to have excellent techs who seem to know their stuff very well. No matter what the issue they have found it immediately and fixed the issue with no fuss or expense (I have a 2012 WRX). As a side note; if you do have an issue with their service, they do take it very seriously and contact you to try and make things right....I appreciated that which is the reason I returned and will continue to use Subaru of Kennesaw.
