Sukies Bridal

I just got married last month and brought my dress to Sukie's bridal a month before hand. I had a large task for her, seeing as how my dress was all lace and a completely different shaped than I had imagined. Fluster, in not knowing how I would pay for the alterations and having already spend a small fortune on my dress, I went in to see Sukie with my daughter. She was so polite and even helped to find better under garnments to help shape my body to the percise look I was going for. She was informative in letting me know the details of what she would need to do and why the I would be spending each dollar. Frankly I wish I had just bought my dress there. Originally I paid with cash and then my mother offered to pay, and later called in with a visa over the phone. Sukie and her staff were very polite when I went to collect my money as well as when it came time to get my dress. I almost cried because her work was seamless and better than I had imagined. She was more than pleased herself and kept complimenting me on how beautiful I looked. I would 100 percent recommend that anyone who is looking for alterations or special event clothing goes to see sukie and her staff!!

Prom Dress Alteration - Same dress was turned away from others saying they were unable to alter properly - Suki had no problem and the dress was altered Beautifully and within one week!

My daughter ordered her wedding dress from a different bridal shop (Thank God!) but picked out bridesmaid dresses from this shop (Unfortunately). I am usually not one to write reviews but feel people, especially when shopping for a big day ...

My one star rating of this business is being COMPLETELY generous at best! My daughter ordered her wedding dress from a different bridal shop (Thank God!) but picked out bridesmaid dresses from this shop (Unfortunately). I am usually not one to write reviews but feel people, especially when shopping for a big day can be forwarned as to what they are getting in to. My youngest daughter who is 13 is a size 9, and has been in 2 other weddings this year, the most recent 2 months ago. When going in to be fitted I was out of town and my sister in law took her. I figured how hard can this be? This is what these people do for a living, when picking up the dress today not only was there NO CUSTOMER SERVICE involved I had to point blank ask them to come fit the dress. When I questioned why in the world a size 12 was ordered Sukie kept saying she went by measurments. I was then informed after I kept insisiting the dress was humongous it would be an additional $60.00 to alter the dress. I came home and looked at the measurements taken by the 2 OTHER bridal stores within the last year and they were identical AND 5-6" OFF what Sukie measured! Ridiculous! I called my older daughters Bridal Shop and they were more than happy to help me, before even getting my story out all I mentioned was the name Sukies Bridal and she actually groaned. Later in the conversation she stated they hear horror stories from MANY other Sukie customers quite frequently. If you want correct measurements or ANY quality of customer service GO ELSEWHERE!

My suggestion before doing ANY business with this establishment would be top read all reviews posted on various websites before wasting your time.As you can see this establishment has posted my PERSONAL information in retalitation for my poor review- is this the type of business you want having your personal information?
