Rude, Pricey and No Doctors, 4/21/2015

I have been using this Urgent Care for years. I loved both doctors and was always pleased with my care by Dr. Turner and Dr. Webster! I was shocked to find out that both Dr. Webster and Dr. Turner... had left the clinic. What a huge change this made for the worse! They only have Physician Assistants to see patients - not doctors. The manager at the front J.J. was extremely rude when I asked about the previous doctors and refused to turn the TV on so that all of waiting to be seen could watch the game. I had to wait a really long time to be seen by a really cocky PA who didnít take the time to listen to my concerns and just wanted to run my bill up with a bunch of tests. Not going back and I would warn others to be aware of their charges!

Great Place, 10/29/2012

This place is amazing. Open 7 days a week and no appointments needed. You can go for minor or major issues. I love this place.

Great service!

I went in to get two painful warts removed from my foot. They accept pretty much all insurance other than medicare. The procedure was painful (couldn't be avoided), but the staff was compassionate and very helpful. The facilities were pristine, the wait was fairly short, and the waiting room comfortable. I'll take Summit Urgent Care above any other walk-in clinic any day!
