Horrible!
Avoid this company. They did a liner and repoured our deckwhat a fiasco! Unqualified, unprofessional, unreliable and the job they left us with was barely acceptable.

Quality at a great price
This was not my first in ground pool so I had a few lessons learned from the past. With Sunbelt of GA the Salesman is the Project Manager so there were no "misunderstandings". They were very upfront with all costs. No attempt whatsoever to try and add on change orders. In fact they ate some costs they did not have to. Great quality, top end equipment and stone work to die for. Easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Poor quality and worse service
I regret hiring this company. After 3 attempts, each requiring draining and refilling the pool, they were not able to correctly install a new liner. The project manager does not have a plan to complete the work that would address the issues they created the first three times they tried it, and neither the project manager nor the president has responded to my request to address the ridiculous water bill that resulted from their mistakes. They didn't do the work competently and communication is almost non-existent. A very frustrating and expensive experience.

Regularly did not show up
My pool looked dirty and I called to see what Sunbelt had to say about cleaning my pool. They lied and said the technician had cleaned the pool a few days earlier, however I know he had not come by because the gate was locked and I was home all day

Positive experience
I felt like I was buying a used car with other companies but Sunbelt made me feel like this was a unique experience. Rip and my wife designed a beautiful pool and then he came up with a great landscaping plan. There was a delay but it was our fault. I used a fence contractor that was recommended to me by a church member and he took longer than promised.
