Sundance Fitness offers a complete fitness program from personal training (appointment only)to Zumba classes. Our services include a 30-minute circuit with dynamic resistance (strength/cardio workout); Zuma classes (both Gold and regular); personal sauna (far infrared); full body analysis; cardio equipment; weight loss programs; and a complimentary children's play area. Our equipment means you never do the same workout two days in a row so your body will continually respond to your effort. We are proud to be North Florida's premier VacuStep location. VacuStep is Europe's all natural alternative to liposuction and mesotherapy. The VacuStep combines gentle elliptical workouts with vacuum technology to smoothe out the skin in those cellulite-prone areas. While we focus on women's health, we do have several male members. We're conveniently located one mile east of 9A on Monument Road in the Monument Pointe Plaza (intersection of Monument and St. Johns Bluff roads.
