Saw a cute photo of Santa hiding behind kids, 12/10/2011

This place is basically a meat market. They process clients like cattle and the quality is pitiful for what you pay. I showed up on time. No one greets you at the door. A teenager finally “processed... us” after 15 minutes. I used a small bathroom to change small 2 girls into dresses. Then I was instructed to “go downstairs” where Sundra Paul never acknowledged me. She just began taking pictures like a “robotron”. She took 12 photos then said “alright girls… Santa’s leaving”. The teenager then ushers you upstairs to review photos – where someone will try to “sell you a $550 package”. This doesn’t include Santas sitting fee. 3 weeks later, I received a call telling me the photos were ready. They provide no option to mail the photos so I had to travel a total of 180 miles in 2 trips. She doesn’t process her own images… instead opting to send the images to a mass editing service. She also uses Animoto to “create” a horribly fast paced DVD Slideshow that ends abruptly after displaying 12 blurry photos where one or both of my children had their eyes closed. Total time waiting for instructions… or “waiting to be sold”: 50 min Total time with photographer: < 15 min Sundra Paul advertises her business as “Fine Art Photography”. The truth is - the whole experience made me feel like I was at Walmart. Save your money. Bypass this business. Use a different photographer.
