Suno Dessert

i went to suno last summer with a couple of friends and there are two things that stand out in my memory - the suno with mango was heavenly, and the service was really bad. the place is staffed mostly by high school or college age people (i can't tell the difference) who don't know what service means. i had to repeat my request for an extra spoon and then had to wait before i got one. they really need to spend more time training their staff. i haven't gone back since, but maybe i'll try it out again.

I've always heard about Suno but had never went to the location itself. I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and been craving for ice-cream. My sister took me there and we shared the Volcano shaved ice that was soooo fulfilling! I do admit that the staff was not friendly. I stood in front of the register just staring at the girl for a few seconds waiting for her to assist me, but she totally did not acknowledge me and looked right past me. I had to say to her, "I'm ready to order" before she finally asked what I wanted. I swear, I get so embarassed when us Asians are not as courteous to their customers as American restaurants. I was going to take my American friends there, but after that experience, I think I will just get a To-Go order next time.

Suno is an amazing dessert! It's a popular Asian dessert with sweet shaved ice covered in fresh fruit, syrups, or candies.

The dessert options here are great! A bit pricey, but when you see how much suno you get, you'll understand. Try the one with mango!

this place has a variety of shaved ice you can choose from. i like the friendly atmosphere and the free wi-fi. a good hangout for teenagers, young adults, and I see alot of family with cute little kids here.
