Initial phone conversation was welcoming. I described my old white carpeting as a challenge at best. The initial quote was very reasonable. The technician came out and worked extremely hard to assure his best work. The final results were miraculous. Even better, the actual bill was under the quote. Wonderful company. I will absolutely use them again!

With carpet cleaners, it's hard to tell what you are going to get by a quick estimate. That's why I am glad Kudzu.com exists, so consumers can learn about service professionals in their communities. Sunrise came out to clean the carpet in my house, and my husband and I could not be happier. Their work was wonderful and the technicians were very professional. Sunrise does not bribe you in with a "$69 to clean your whole house" approach. Instead, they are honest and fair in their prices. I will definitely call them next year when I need the carpet cleaned once more. I am really impressed with their work.

From beginning to end, Sunrise provided a very quality and professional service. They were upfront with costs and set expectations of their service. The men that came out to clean the carpets were extremely professional. Its nice to get this kind of service in today's world.

Sunrise just cleaned my carpets and I am so pleased with how they look. They moved my furniture and they also worked on & removed what they called "soil filtration lines" that were close to the baseboards. My previous cleaner told me they were permenant stains, thus they never attempted to even try to remove those lines. I was considering replacing my carpets but now I don't have to. The two technicians Gabe & Matt were so professional and courteous and they did an excellent job. Sunrise is a very professional company and I would highly recommend them.

I called Sunrise and asked about their carpet stretching service because my carpet was puckering, and I also needed it cleaned. The associate was friendly enough, and explained to me that I probably needed a carpet installer to fix the puckering/gathering because the carpet needs to be pulled and cut, etc., and Sunrise does not perform that service. I said thanks and ended the call. But when I reviewed Kudzu.com again, the services under their business detail mention Carpet Repair in addition to Carpet Stretching. Seems like Carpet Repair would include what I needed. May be Sunrise needs to alter their Services detail.

Carpet repair falls under 2 categories: major and minor. After talking with this client, we felt like he needed the expertise of a professional carpet installer. This referral process is much like what a doctor would do when he refers you to a specialized expert. Our intent at Sunrise Clean Care is to provide all of our clients with the best workmanship possible. Most of our clients appreciate our honesty and straightforward approach. It is also noteworthy to note that most repairs fall under the minor classification. Therefore, we are able to perform the vast majority of these requests. Steve Cameron
They were very nice when I called and they sent someone out to measure and clean my carpet.I was very happy with the service and they even sent me a thank you follow up card. I did have to call them back about a spot that bled through and they have responed to my request and are going to schedule a return visit. They were just as pleasant this time as the initial call.

Before I called Sunrise, I had another carpet cleaner clean my carpets. My carpets looked worse after they left. I felt they had ruined my carpets because there were brown spots all over it after they cleaned. I called Sunrise & they told me they could probably rectify the carpets, and if they couldn't they wouldn't charge me. Sunrise absolutely made my carpets look brand new, plus they were all so nice and courteous to deal with . I will most definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone and everyone.

I'm on a small fixed income. I called to make an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate for cleaning the carpet in my small townhome. The owner himself came and gave me what I considered a fair price for cleaning the carpet. I had to put off getting the carpet cleaned for a few weeks. When I called back the owner again came out and did the carpet cleaning humself. He did a very good, thorough job, put "buffers" under all furniture legs. The carpets looked and smelled good, no lingering chemical odor. I got excellent service and was not taken advantage of because I'm an older, single female. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
