Sunrise Moving and Storage

I've actually used Sunrise Movers twice. The first time, we had them scheduled for 8 am and they didn't show up till noon. I didn't get a call letting me know this until about 11 -- so I went on thinking for hours that they just bailed on me. No one answered the main number. They were very nice and did the move well, so I called them back for the second move. I assumed that them being late was just a fluke. This time, they were scheduled for 8 am and then called to say that the wouldn't be there until noon and then they didn't show up until 3. From noon till 2:30 we didn't get a call letting us know of this second time change. One of the men brought his son along, which worked out okay but the son clearly didn't know what he was doing. Some of the furniture got scratched (presumably by a ring, because it was in the places you would hold the pieces). Multiple times, one of the men got a call and he said it was the next customer and just turned the phone off without answering. Though my husband thinks this last point is unfair (as they are doing manual labor all day), I think their smell was over the top -- it still lingers in the closet of the new apartment and it's been a few days of trying to air it out. The men from Sunrise have always been kind and relaxed and friendly, but I think, over all, that the job they've done could have been just as well done by some kids at college but I paid for professionals.

They were excellent - the team that moved us was outstanding - Not only were they efficient and hard workers they were pleasant - no complaining even when I asked them to move the bunk bed one more time - Scott lead our team I will not make another move without him

Sunrise Movers has helped again. Great price, honest workers & very efficient! Arrived on time & finished quickly!

Will be my only company for moving purposes.

I contacted Sunrise Movers late December 2010 for a last minute move out of my apartment. Due to extenuating circumstances, I explained that I was uncertain of whether my things needed to go to storage or be moved to our next residence. I am very pleased to say that Sunrise Movers were very understanding and accomodating of the moving dilemna and offered the most courteous and professional service I ever received from a moving company. I would highly recommend them. All of the staff (the office staff, movers, and the owner-Eli) showed great care and delivered what was promised. I have recommended them to several friends and I intend on using this company again for my family's next move!

A big Thanks to Sunrise Moving. They sent us two great guys to unload our PODs at our new house. The guys that loaded them took 4.5 hours and Sunrise did it in 3. Amazing! Good attitudes, and athletic. We will talk to you again, and will use you if we ever need any more help.

Fastest move‎‎ they came on time, took care of everything and even offered to help fix some of our furniture that needed re-assembling.‎
