Sunshine Mortgage saved the day!
I had been dealing with Peach State Mortgage and was on the verge of loosing my home because of them. I contacted Sunshine Mortgage and they assured me they could get me closed by the next business day. I had no choice but to give it a try. They got me approved in 6 hours!! They have their own underwriters which helps a great deal and they also care about the customer. I highly recommend them.
