If you're looking for someone to overcharge you, this is the place! We needed a part replaced and the plumber quoted us $365 and then went on to talk about two other items that may need to be replaced, one for sure which was another $185. I gladly paid my $65 visit charge and asked him to leave. Two calls to different plumbers for same job were $270 and $275. When the one we picked showed up (on time) the total cost was $250a savings of $115! Plus, the other item didn't need to be repaired. If I went with them, it would have been almost $600 vs. $250. In addition, the guy didn't even take the time to understand our problem. We had a leak out one side of our house and he said it was the water heater which had an emergency drain that emptied out the opposite side.

I bought a water heater, and the place I bought it had someone come out and install it. After ONE day, it stopped working!!! I called them back, and THEY said it was a "Manufacturer's Defect" I called American Water Heater, and they said they would arrange to have someone out, and that they would be calling me. about 1:00, Sunshine plumbing called, and arranged to have one of their men out between 2:00 and 3:00 he actually made it by 2:45.. when he said everything had been installed wrong, I thought he was kidding! He wasn't They made all the arrangements, and fixed it around the right way before 6:00 that night. From what a friend of mine told me, I was lucky.

My garbage disposal stopped working, and I called my home insurance company. I got a call from Sunshine that same morning, they sent someone out and found out that it had to be replaced they made the arrangements, and installed a new one within a couple of hours.All in the same day! Fabulous!!

I bought a dishwasher, (the third in four years), and they came out to install it. When the guy got there, he checked the water pressure in the house, and told me that it was 120 pounds, and that it was SUPPOSED to be less than 80. I didn't see why more pressure means more water, doesn't it? well, he explained that it's probably why I kept having to get a new dishwasher. He even showed me where it said on the warrantee that you couldn't, or it would be void. Ergh! If I'd known THAT four years ago, I wouldn't have had to buy new ones.
Well, they put in the dishwasher and a pressure reducing valve, all the same day, and I haven't had a bit of trouble since.

My water heater stopped making enough hot water for me to even take a shower. I called them, and when they figured out that it was still under warrantee, they gave me the number for the water heater company. When I called THEM, the next thing, I got a call From Sunshine. It turned out that they handle that kind of thing for them. they came out, found out what the problem was, got the part and fixed it. If they hadn't told me it was still under warrantee, I'd have paid twice as much. Great!
