ANNIE THE SO CALLED MECHANIC TOOK MY MONEY WITH THE PROMISE OF A FIXED TRUCK. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I STILL DON'T HAVE MY TRUCK! THEY'VE HAD IT SINCE 2/17/09 AND REFUSE TO FINISH IT SINCE I CONTACTED A FEW AGENCIES TO HELP. FRANK DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. HE MADE EXCUSES AND TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD FEEL LUCKY IT HASN'T TAKEN TOO LONG. HOW LONG IS LONG ENOUGH IN HIS BOOK. I JUST WANT MY TRUCK BACK!!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. MANAGER IS A PERVERT,DISHONEST, VERY POOR SERVICE Few months ago, I took my car to Super Lube, Tunes & Brakes on 7185 W. Sahara Ave Las Vegas, NV. The manager gave me a quote of $1K+. I told the manager that I don't want to get it fixed and to put everything together so I can drive it home. The manager said that they will not put everything together because it has to be fixed and they already took the parts out without my permission. He was forcing us to get it done in their shop, although I don't want to. The bottom line was he wants us to spend money and he won't even let us get another opinion from other mechanics. I ended up having my car fixed in this shop because I had no choice. The mechanic did a very poor job which affected other parts few months later. I will never recommend Super Lube to anybody. The manager tried to ask me out. Only idiots will go out with him. I'm not an idiot. The owner should fire him. A person like him don't deserve that managerial position. He is ruining the business.

I went to this place because of the reviews on this website. I found that they do treat you well to gain your trust. Aside from the nice customer service, my experience turned out awful. Although they treat you nicely, they turned out to be dishonest and did not keep promises that were made. On top of the lies, my car was returned to me with problems that could have been prevented if they were checked before it was given back. This is the worst experience I've had with a mechanic shop.

They made promises that were not kept. Their work was not thorough. When I picked up my car, simple checks were not made and caused problems. They advertise a cheap oil change. Stick to that and do not get any other work done there. They'll make it seem like you'll be getting a good deal but in the end you'll be paying the same price anywhere else. They are very nice which is a trick to earn your trust.

My truck has had a problem with a check engine light on and two places said they didn't find anything wrong. This place found out what it was and took care of it in an hour and at a reasonable price.

I TOOK MY CAR INTO SUPER LUBE & TUNE THIS WEEK. I RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE. THE MANAGER SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. THEY OFFERED ME COFFEE AND EVEN GAVE ME RIDE HOME SINCE MY REPAIRS WERE GOING TO TAKE A FEW HOURS. I LEFT HAPPY AND WILL ALWAYS RETURN THERE FOR ANYTHING ON MY CARS.

I have been using Super Lube Tune and Breaks for over 12 years now. Regardless of who the management is the owner has maintained an honest hard working shop.

They do not sugest things that aren't need and explain what needs to to keep you safe.

I have been using this specific Xpress Lube because it close to my work and the staff is friendly. They have change management just recently they still got my car done quickly they just don't do the extras anymore, such as clean the windows and vaccum out the car when done. It the little things that keeps customers coming back.
