Pretty easy fix, just pump septic tank. These guys came out and pumped the tank for the price they quoted over the phone. Nothing fancy, just hard work for a good price.

We used the Winder location. This is our 1st septic tank. Later we learned they charged 70% more then the industry standard. They damage the drive way and cover. Wished I had check BBB before calling them. Their rating is F, they are no longer a member of BBB

From the owner: I want to do everything I can in this response to avoid sounding petty, but I really have to evaluate this review on a point-by-point basis. I refuse to believe that a customer of ours felt as though we treated them so badly by overcharging by 70%, and cracking their driveway & cover (septic tank lid? Driveway cover?), that instead of calling us to remedy the situation or demand a refund - that the only option was to leave a negative review on Kudzu. As much as I would love to say that I've been able to make every customer I've ever had happy in every situation, the reality is that if you live long enough and perform as many service appointments as we have, there are just some situations where nobody wins. The review below this is that type of situation, and we wholeheartedly wish that there was more that we could do. This review, however, sounds like (as much as I hate to say it) a competitor. We do not charge 70% more than the industry standard for any service that we provide. We do not routinely crack driveways, but if we do and its negligent, we have insurance. I am not a member of the BBB, although I respect their organization, but my refusal to pay $600 has limited what I can do to build a positive score. I much prefer to be able to converse one-on-one with previous and future customers in a forum, such as this one, where equal weight is allowed for each party. Super Septic Service is now, and always has been, committed to providing the best customer experience of any company in the business. If this review was left by a customer, please CALL US and let us know what we can do to satisfy whatever complaint you may have. If this review was left by another company, which for all the world it appears to be, I would encourage you to spend your time improving your own business instead of trying to discourage people from using mine. --Ian
We called Super Septic after having issues with our septic system from the day our home was built. We had several people come and look at our system and have had our tank pumped 5 times in under 10 years. We were told that we needed a field remediation to try and fix our issue. We reluctantly agreed after being told on nummerous occations that "we would not have to worry about our septic system for 2 years". We were charged $2000. The remediation did not work. After less than 1 year we were told that we must pay to have our septic pumped. SO DO NOT PUT ANY STOCK INTO ANY GARANTEE THIS COMPANY OFFERS! We are worse off now than when we called them.

The circumstances regarding this septic system are very unfortunate, and we sympathize with the family that resides in this home. After conducting the proper research, our company was able to determine there were limiting factors in place before the system was installed that predetermined its failure. However, we maintain that every dollar we received was spent providing relief from back-up inside the house and uncovering the underlying issues with the drain field. After our initial service costing $2000.00 was completed, we provided the homeowner a two-year warranty that specifically stated we would investigate the first step-down of the drain field in the case of continuing problems within the next two years. But our staff went above and beyond the terms of the warranty because we believe in forming exceptional customer relations with the communities we serve.
Our company performed labor-intensive services, removed over 2000 gallons of sewage, rented heavy equipment for exploratory excavation, contracted another sewage removal specialist and a state-certified soil scientist, and obtained a septic repair permit from Environmental Health. In addition, our office staff spent hours and hours corresponding with the homeowners over telephone and email to serve them with the highest priority and respect. Super Septic Service incurred more than $2000.00 in costs while in pursuit of the solution, and we do not believe it is reasonable to be held accountable for more than what we received in payment, although clearly we already have. We wish this family the best of luck in all future endeavors.
After consulting with several septic plumbers (large companies and individuals), I was somewhat discouraged with my search to find one I was comfortable with using. Thanks to craigslist, I found Super Septic. I had a 260 ft. drain field installed. These guys were professional, prompt, and actually knew what they were talking about instead of just selling the "prescribed" course of action. They clearly presented, and discussed all the options with me from the start, dealt with un-foreseen difficulty that arose during the job with out charging extra, AND with a good attitude. I will continue to use them and recommend them to any one!

Jimmy/Jerry are awesome. I had such a big problem with my septic tank and they were able to quickly and efficiently figure out what the problem was and fix it. They were reasonably priced and they took the extra time and effort to make sure I was 110% satisfied and happy with their service. I really appreciate all their hard-work and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing septic service! - Timmy P.

I woke up to a basement full of septic sewage and not able to use any of my bathrooms, of course I panicked and started calling at 6am & to my surprise I got a LIVE person on the phone when I called Super Septic. In no time I had a technician at my house and not only did he find the problem, he explained in detail what the issue was and gave me several options of fixing the problem. Once we agreed on the best and permanant fix, he was digging and called in his crew & in no time all my bathrooms were back working properly! I will be using SSS for all my maintenace pumping and referring to everyone!Thank you for making a crappy situation more bearable!

This a a very GREAT company! Not only did they pump and fix my system but they explained everything that had to be done and why. I asked tons of questions and ended up getting quite the education! They are also the most reasonable on price! 4 years ago, I had my system pumped for $300 (w/ another company), so you would think it would be more now with the current economy. Super Septic only charges $250! How's that for Awesome! I also thought it was great how they don't just show up to pump your system. They check it out first to make sure everything is working the way it's suppose to before they start doing anything. There are just not enough words to express how satisfied I am with my experience with this company. I have and will refer my family and friends. Thanks for all of your help and providing excellent customer service!!!

They quoted me $250 for a septic tank pump out on the phone but when Ken showed up (in a small van rather than the septic truck), he found other things he wanted to fix for $600. I told him I just wanted the tank pumped and he said his guys would arrive in an hour with the truck to take care of it but no one ever showed up. Ken also went to my neighbor's house and quoted him $1600 to empty his tank and spray out the field line. Ken asked him for the payment up front and they never returned to complete the job. My neighbor is a senior citizen and he swindled him out of his money. Never use these cons for your septic needs!

I called, quoted me $250 to $350 to empty my tank, they come out and then say it's going to cost $1,800 to fix the problems!!!!!! Told them I could not afford that just wanted them to empty it out, they agreed and said they would be back later that day. Get a call saying that they are stuck in traffic won't be able to get to it until the next day, that is understandable. Did not show up or call that day so I thought well maybe it's only Monday-Friday. Monday came and it is now Tuesday and NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP OR CALLED!!! Need less to say I have contacted another company!
