Never Again!
I brought a picture of the hairstyle I wanted to my appointment. It was very different from what I walked in with. Stylist looked at the picture and said "no problem". After TWO hours in the chair I left with my hair looking EXACTLY as when I walked in, just an inch shorter! The stylist rang up my cut and style as a cut and color. When I questioned her she said that her boss was breathing down her neck to do more colorings. YIKES!
