Awful, not sure about actual work done on the carpet, but communication is awful. I see others have had good experiences though they are fairly old I noticed but we are definitely not one of them. Took forever to get a reply back from this person, Don was his name, he said he was the owner, and when we finally did he was very rude and snappy, totally unprofessional. The best job in the world wouldnt have made up for first impressions he left. Me and my wife definitely stayed away from this one and you should to, not worth the trouble there is just to many other better options out there for your money

Don is owner/operator so you are only dealing with one person, not a typical sales person up front and someone else of variable quality and integrity doing the job. Don is the man, shows up when he says he will, does the job he says he will do, fully priced in advance, good quality, thorough workmanship, would recommend as above average value.

This is the second time we have used Don for our carpet needs. We have 2 dogs (1 that thinks it's OK to go indoors occasionally) and 2 cats. Additionally we are both smokers. I guess the best thing I can say, is that we will NEVER use another service! Professional, courteous, on time, and a man that says, IF there are any problems after everything dries, to call and schedule a "warranty" visit. We don't need to, but here's a man that stands by his word! Thanks! Jeff K

I can't say enough about Don & his professionalism. He arrives when scheduled, is very polite and courteous and does a fantastic job on the carpets. We have 2 dogs and you'd never know they lived indoors!
Don is extremely knowledgable about the different types of fabric and will recommend treatment based on your needs - no pressure sales.
Highly recommend this company for both my home and business.
