Why Choose Superior?
Superior Foundation Repair is locally owned and operated.
Superior serves the Austin and San Antonio area and has three generations of experience with foundation repair. We know and understand the Central Texas soils and topography which affect the stability of your foundation. As an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, we will work hard to ensure that you receive the very best fix for your foundation. All of our work is verified by Qualified.. Engineers, and experienced supervisors will always be on-site during the project.
Superior Foundation Repair uses steel pier construction exclusively.
Rather than relying on unstable soil to help fix your foundation, we anchor steel piers against bedrock ? up to 100 feet below the surface! Each of our steel piers is manufactured from mill-certified quarter-inch pipe and individually tested to ensure its integrity. Only minimal landscape disturbance is necessary to install the piers, and most projects are finished within a few days.
Superior Foundation Repair includes a Lifetime Transferable Warranty.
Fully insured and backed by the Foundation Engineers Association Trust, our Warranty can be passed on to all subsequent owners. It?s our promise to you that our work will stand the test of time.
Regardless of the types of warning signs or the causes, Superior Foundation Repair provides a solution with guaranteed lasting results.
Why Other Methods Don?t Work
Historically, foundation repair was accomplished using concrete piers that were drilled and poured in place. Concrete piers drilled to rock, offer excellent support. But concrete piers that depend on the clay soils, that are predominate in our area, for support will not sufficiently support your building over the long haul. Therefore concrete piers are prone to move as the soil moves. This movement allows further foundation damage.
Steel Piers reach up to 100′ to Bedrock
Steel pier systems are designed to achieve maximum recovery and provide long term stabilization. Pier depths range from less than 10 feet to over 100 feet, depending on the distance from the soil surface to bedrock. In Austin and surrounding areas the average pier depth ranges from 25 to 30 feet.
