Excellent service!!!
I was recommended Superior Home Inspections by my agent. It is a new property and thus I did not think it would be necessary to get an inspection prior to closing.
Ray walked me through the house during the inspection process and pointed out several findings that the seller/builder agreed to fix prior to closing.
Very professional and thorough.
I received a detailed inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection.
I definitely recommend Superior Home Inspections.

Long Distance Inspection
Ray, of Superior Home Inspections is very professional. As potential homeowners buying from an out of state location, we relied on Ray to provide us with his typical in-depth report missing nothing. That is exactly the service he provided.
Throughout the process he was diligent and honest and very detailed and we appreciate that service. Unfortunately, we did not buy the house but it was in large part to the report Ray provided. We were enlightened to substandard construction issues that on our own, we would not have realized.
We recommend Ray highly.

Superior is the right name
After 5 homes, this was the best and most informative inspection we have ever had. Ray is very accommodating and takes time to walk you through the entire inspection explaining and advising all the way. He takes his profession seriously and is happy to answer questions all throughout the process and has even been very helpful afterwards. Ray offered excellent advice all through the inspection and delivered his report quickly and clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend him and am very impressed with his service. Excellent to work with and a great overall experience. I would give the service an extra star if it let me.

Ray is Superior!
Ray performed two home inspections for us. He is very knowledgable in all the areas in need of inspection. His reports are thorough, but easy to understand, and his pictures clearly show the problem areas. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an excellent home inspector.

Credible and Very Knowledgeable
For all the home buyers out there definitely get a home inspection and when you do use Ray Thoroman. He was detailed and thorough. I personally didn't want to spend the extra money but I am thankful that we did and grateful that we chose Ray. We are just everyday people and every dollar counts. Ray checked things we didn't think of and took his time checking every corner. He also offered advice on how to fix things because he knew we were repairing things on our own. I have already recommended him to a coworker and would definitely use him again!!!!!!
