We bought our Pilot from Superior new in 2004 and from the first impression to the last servicing this is the best car dealer we have ever dealt with, ever. The list goes on and on, from John Wonder in the parts department that assisted us in purchasing from the internet to the latest service we received yesterday aided by Carrie Moody, we have received the best service and support that is available anywhere. We would buy another vehicle from Superior anytime.

I just purchased my first Honda with sales person Greg Brandl. I only stopped by to "look" at the CRV and gather information before making a purchase. Greg was never pushy and is very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles. He made sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. I look forward to driving my new CRV everyday. I would recommend Greg Brandl and Superior Honda to my friends and family.

We purchased an extended warranty for our 2010 Crosstour and with plenty of warranty left, we recently had a problem with the engine. It turned out to be a bad sparkplug but when we were told by the dealer to shut the car off and have it towed in. The service adviser tried to treat my wife like an idiot after the car arrived then refused to cover the tow or the sparkplug under the warranty. Sparkplugs should not go bad in 54,000 miles.

Took my Honda Crosstour in for it's first service the day before Thanksgiving expecting to have to leave it half the day. They had it service in an hour and a half and did a great job. Thanks Shawn Dodson for getting me in and out so quick!

Shawn Dodson absolutely took great care of me while I had my car in for the 30,000 mile check up and paint treatment. He made sure that I understood exactly what the process would be and what type of work was being done on my car. The work done was excellent and the paint treatment made my car absolutely sparkle like new. Thanks for taking such good care of my car. Doug N.

Michael Cohn made it painless for me to figure out whether a used Pilot or a new one made better sense for me. He listened to my concerns and gave me all the information I needed to make a smart choice. He was very responsive but never pushy, and I am really happy with my decision. I highly recommend Michael Cohn and Superior.

I worked with Dan Baker and Brian Jacobs, they are great. Honda manufacturing had some issues. It took 137 days from when I ordered my car before I was able to get it. Some of the accessories I ordered have still not arrived. Apparently 137 days is not enough lead time. Love the car, but no clue when the accessories will be in. I hope others have a better overall experience than I did. I would definitely work with Dan Baker and Brian Jacobs again. Thanks Guys!

I just leased my 2nd Honda from Superior. Cody Gilmore helped me..He was very kind, professional and helpful. i am completely happy with Honda. My husband purchased a used vehicle from Larry Gish at Superior Honda several years back.....what a gem it turned out to be and so is Larry! :)

first time Honda owner, customer service employee miss Moody very moody! took my car there for a recall, also had another problem with car, I was not even done explaining the issue and without even checking my car miss Moody interupted me and stated what was wrong with my car ( she stated that it was my aligment) and told me it was going to cost me $70 to check it out, told her no thanks that I was going to have it check somewhere else, I got a call from the dealer to let me know my car was ready and that what was wrong with it was my back brakes, took it somewhere else to get a second opinion and they told me that i had 80% left on my back brakes that it was my front brakes what was wrong with it, took it to a another place and told me it was my front brakes, what? if i would of say yes to them to fix my back brakes and later when i take it for my oil change they would of say I need front brakes? so this whole thing makes me NOT to trust this place, they are just after your money? to get it check at the other two places cost me $0.

This is my 3rd Honda from Superior Honda. All bought from Shawn Dodson. Shawn is now in the Service Dept. He's a great guy to work with and really stops to get to know his Customers. Recently I had an unfortunate accident and blew out a tire. Shawn got me in right away and took care of me. What can I say...Superior is great and Shawn is great! Keep up the good work guys!

I purchased my Pilot (which I LOVE) with Cody last year. He not only helped me get the most for my money but he always remembers me and says hi whenever I come in for service. Tom helped me set up a service warranty so I never pay for my oil changes. I love the service I have received and will continue to be a loyal customer!
I took my CRV in for service/repair. Omar Cardenas, the Service Advisor was very polite and honest about my vehicle. They tested my battery and found that it was dying and asked to replace it. I will be coming back. to Superior Honda again. Service was excellent! I recommend this Honda dealership. J.H.
My salesman was Toby Egerton. He was very easy to relate to and low pressure. Toby took the time to find out what I needed from a vehicle and was very knowledgeable guiding me thru various potential models. After I selected the CRV he worked hard to get me a great deal and got me thru the paperwork quicker than I've experienced with other dealerships. I had a "superior" experience and will definitely be recommending this dealership to others.
