Be sure to ask for every detail of the service like which exact pest you are paying to get rid of, if this service is a single treatment or a series of treatments, and get everything in writing along with the representative name, number, and date of transaction. My family bought a house, whose previous owner had set up a termite inspection warranty from this company. After we moved in, we asked for one treatment to get rid of some rodents and the company signed us up for quarterly treatments before we understood what was going on. We called Superior and the communication was awful. Essentially, they said it was our fault that we did not understand all their services and we were expected to pay. So, to avoid any possible harm to our credit for non-payment, we cut our losses, paid, and terminated all services from Superior. Not sure yet about the quality of their pest control, but their customer service is horrible. Beware of this company.

I have used Superior for 6 years (with a 1 year hiatus to explore less $$ options -what a mistake) and found that they are reliable and effective at protecting my home from unwanted intrusions!
