Professional - Courteous - Timely
Problem? Water heater needed to be replaced. Solution? Superior Plumbing (Brent Leeper - plumber) was early to the appointment, professional in work, and got us back up and running. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT!!
I had a leaking sink and placed my service call with Superior Plumbing. Michael Begitschke arrived as scheduled the next day. He investigated the problem and quickly determined my faucet was leaking. Fortunately, I had just purchased a few faucets in case that was the problem. Michael took the time to review the pros and cons of each faucet with me and then proceeded to efficiently and very neatly remove the old faucet and replace the new. He was careful, professional, friendly and helpful. I was very pleased! The entire experience was much better than expected. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Michael Begitschke. Thank you!

Charged $27.50 just to show up
Our water heater was down and their plumber showed within 1 hr of my call. He did NOT do any troubleshooting or assessment to see what was wrong with it. He said he would have to charge me $245 for troubleshooting (or diagnostic). Basically they charged you $27.50 just to show up. Their pricing on my water heater is DOUBLE of what another plumber charged.

PERFECT
Broken garbage disposal, leaking and water all under the sink cabinet; called on a Friday about 2:30; w/i an hour Beau arrives; 40 miutes later all done, clean up and all; fast, friendly, affordable and no mess; professional in appearance, conduct and service!!!

Can't Beat Them
David Dixon (MP208990) who installed a toilet for us that required a very knowledgeable plumber was done efficiently & professionally. Explained every step clearly. Also cleaned up area before he left. Would recommend him as well as Superior Plumbing Services.
