I was having a toilet leak that was not coming from the bowl or tank. The plumber came out and told me it was a 'paper problem'. I tried explaining several times that it was not leaking from the bowl--which might be a paper problem, but from the bottom of the toilet--I asked about the wax seal, etc. He told me that if I had another problem they would come out, even on the weekend. He also suggested the leak was not coming from the toilet. I have a problem on Saturday March 5th and call. All of the emergency plumbers are on calls, no one can come until Monday. (emergency service evidently means nothing to these guys) The customer service person was rude and could not have cared less about our problem. After calling another company a plumber came promptly and quickly understood it was not a paper problem or leaking from the bowl. I actually had a broken sewer line. After complaining Superior did give me my service call fee back.

After two months, we finally got my 87 year old Mother home from the hospital this Saturday afternoon. We discovered a terrible leak in a downstairs closet. I called a couple of other plumbers I had heard of and just got a voice mail I called Superior. I got a human! Paul was at my Mother's house in a flash, once he discovered the problem, he got Justin to help with the cast iron pipe in the ceiling and he got to replacing the fixtures in the upstairs tub. They were both very nice, professional and did a great job. They even cleaned up!! The day was going to be tough enough without the plumbing problem. They made an already chaotic day have a happy ending.I have my own business, and Superior treats their customers the way I want my employees to treat our customers. Superior is truly Superior!!!

I've called Superior three times now - once for a leak at my parents' house, and twice for leaks at my own home. Every time they've rushed out ASAP to fix the problem, and done a great job. They're good people who do fantastic work. Not only that, they do everything they can to make sure plumbing disasters don't turn into financial disasters. I just today had my main water line replaced, and what was quoted to be an all-day job took maybe five hours and ran $400 lower than the initial estimate. These guys saved my water bill, and in the process helped make sure I can afford Christmas for my family. I can't thank them enough! Jay Eason and Seth Gregory were the ones working on it, and the whole time they were very courteous and professional and kept me updated the whole way through the work they were doing. Those two did a great job and deserve so much more than a pat on the back! Thanks guys!!

City of Roswell advised us of a possible leak. We called Superior Plumbing on Tuesday evening and were scheduled for Thursday morning. Shane arrived at the scheduled time and quickly identified the leak and also found another problem. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and a second optional piece of work which he recommended. He was professional, efficient and pleasant. He answered all of my questions with patience. I will be calling Superior Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a leaking second floor shower drain. They promptly sent out Joel A. the next day. He quoted the price right up front including the service call so there were no surprises. He completed the job in less than 2 hours and the final bill was with the range of the initial quote, no surprises, no add-ons. Joel was professional and courteous and represented the company very well. I will not hesitate calling them back for any other repairs.

Warning! This company charges a trip fee AND an excessively high job fee. I will never use this company again due to their extremely high prices. My plumbing job turned out to take about 10 minutes to fix and required a dime's worth of caulk. Yet I was charged $161.00 for the work and $37.00 for the trip fee. Exorbitant! By charging a trip fee their strategy clearly is to make you feel trapped, so that you have to surrender to their high prices. If I let them go at the point that he quoted a price, I would already be $37.50 in the hole and would still have a leak. I would have been stuck with that expense, plus still having a leak, plus needing to find another plumber, and probably have to wait another day. So, given that, we gave in and let him finish the job. I had no idea it would take just a few minutes to fix making me feel even more ripped off.

Plumber showed up with a tablet, for two leaking faucets, he could not repair either, must install new. Quoted me $700.something. I signed tablet. Finished job in 1 hour, told me the price was $820.49. I asked to see the quote I signed for 7something, he said he could not find it. Dale might trust this company, but I do not.

I was quoted from their book almost $1000 to clear a clogged sink. Got it done for $155. The only bogus reviews on this site are the 5 star ones written by Superior Plumbing. Consumers don't mention a plumber's full name and license number in their reviews over and over? Check out the 5 star reviews. See for yourself and beware.

After my failed diy attemt at replacing my shower faucets, I called Superior Plumbing in July, 2013. The plumber put on-off controls on the hot and cold water supply, which he accessed thru a panel behind the shower. He replaced the old faucets with new ones which I supplied. This repair was $632.59. He asked to see my water heater and said that it "might" flood my basement and would need replacing soon. Yikes! You had me with "flooded." The 50 gal A.O. Smith Water Heater with 10 yr warranty was $1,298.18 plus $185.86 for a Thermal Expansion Tank.

Any handy woman can change the inside components of a toilet tank with $20 repair kit. It may take up to 45 min's, but it's not rocket science. However, as my home required FIVE replacements, due to water chlorine content corroding the rubber seals, I decided to call the most advertised plumbing professionals to see if my freedom would be worth the cost. OhMyGosh, almost $300 (maybe $289?) to change each toilet?? $1,500 bucks! No spank you. Sometimes I wonder if they look at the big house and decide to charge more or if it's actually the going rate. For example, I called two highly Kudu rated professionals to repair my garage door. It wouldn't stop pulling once it reached the motor. Both wanted to charge at least $400 to replace components which had nothing to do with the problem. One charged me $265 to replace the $20 rollers and said I needed a new motor! The other guy said I needed a new suspension rod. Really? Looked fine to me so I declined. He charged a service fee and refused to even try to repair what I called him for unless I agreed to replace the suspension rod and spring. Why??? Because he said it's a reputable company, he stands by his work and he's not going to be liable repairing one thing when another may fail. Nope! Neither one was the problem!! The sensors just needed to be adjusted!! Easy peazy. Instructions are right on the unit. Makes me mad.

That's what their answer should be if you ever need them. After attempting to fix a problem with a toilet continuously running on more than one occasion, I finally gave in and called Superior. I'm not sure if it was my ego, but I initially felt that it would be a serious problem since I couldn't fix it. And with any big problem comes big service charges and fees. Well, it turned out the external valve which controls water flow had worn out. Superior replaced the external valve, along with an internal component inside the tank, and I never heard from that toilet again. In addition, their rate was very reasonable. When you couple that with great customer service, what else can be said?? Their name says it all!

The toilet started leaking a few days ago causing mild water damage to ceiling below. Contacted Superior, they were able to get a person out quickly. The plumber (Marty Grimes) did a complete tank rebuild on an old toilet and offered helpful advice on a few maintenance issues. Cost was reasonable and the service was great. Will definitely use them again.

I had a leak in my bathroom and the bedroom next to it. Marty Grimes was the plumber who came to check it out. He had to cut a hole in the wall of my bathroom. He determined that it was not a plumbing leak, but a roof leak. He could not have been more thorough. He carefully explained what he was going to do and showed me the notes that he wrote, and explained the price for each charge. I am switching to Superior Plumbing based on his expertise and communication skills.

They actually charged an elderly women on a fixed income - $971.00 to clean a drain - Yes, that's correct. Tore up her sink and then charged her to replace the items they broke. Charged $600 to go on the roof. Then to top it all they did not even leave a receipt!! Bad company - way too expensive - stay away!

This review was not posted by our customer. Our customer approved the work we performed after our plumber diagnosed the problems, explained how he would solve the problems and what the cost would be. The customer was charged properly for the tasks completed, which were to clear a kitchen sink drain clog only accessible from the rooftop plumbing vent and to replace leaking drain piping beneath the same sink. After the work was completed and the plumbing problems eliminated the customer inspected and approved the work, paid the agreed upon contracted price and indicated satisfaction with the service. The customer did request a senior citizen discount after the fact, which we will be happy to refund. We invoice and bill our customers using handheld electronic tablets; we cannot offer a receipt onsite. We give all of our customers the options to receive a copy of their receipt via email or a paper copy of their receipt via the postal service
We recycle copper, metal, and other materials.
