Couldn't have made their job any easier, Vacant house, absolutely nothing in their way. Poor quality, lazy technicians (if you want to honor them with that title). Made payment via check to what should have been a company name (SPS) and S.P.Savage changed the check to his personal name. Seems shady in that respect. Looks like a way to avoid income tax.

Wow, we have been in our home for 22 years and take care to vacuum on a regular basis. Our second set of wall-to-wall beige carpet is approximately 8 years old and was beginning to show high traffic areas. SPS delivered as promised and left our carpet looking like new. Not only did they NOT try to charge for extra services they did some extra areas for the price quoted because we were a first time customer. I really feel sorry for anyone that believes the few obvious attempts to discredit this company. You will be missing out on some great carpet cleaning. Simply the best we have had in 22 years and we have tried companies with different methods including the extractors (soakers and steamers). As far as the supposedly antiquated method ... it produces the best results without soaking the carpet. Only used 2 gallons of cleaning solution for 6 rooms and hallway. When compared to other companies and the results produced we felt the price charged was NOT expensive. Mark Thomas

We used this company to stretch our carpet. The did an o.k. job, but the seams looked bad and they missed some areas that needed to be stretched. When we called to complain, they were very polite and sent the same crew back out to fix it. They stretched the areas they missed, but were unable to fix the seams. They claim that carpet seams are hit or miss. If it truly is the case that after stretching carpet seams run the risk of not looking good, shouldn't they have told the us that to begin with? Now we are stuck with noticeable carpet seems going into both of our bedrooms. They offered to send the same group back out again in an attempt to fix it, but we can't imagine the same group of people trying to fix something a third time would really do much. Thus we declined. We recommend you go elsewhere for carpet stretching, unless you like looking at seams.

I recently had my carpet clean by SPS - while the cost was a little more expensive then other carpet cleaning companies. It was worth it. The rep for SPS did a GREAT JOB cleaning my carpet and I will use them again. Highly Recommended. Edward / Platinum1Travel

I got married recently and was in desperate need of carpet cleaning. I have used the company previously, but my carpet didn't have as many stains as my husbands. I even wasted grape juice on the way out of the house one morning. Chris did an excellent job, and my husband said the carpet hadn't looked that way since it was new. Will definitely use again. Thanks Chris, you are awesome.

I tried and tried myself to remove the red clay ground in to our beige carpet by our three dogs and figured it was a lost cause. Enter Steve and his Sons, IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING what they were capable of doing. Not only did they get out the red clay, coffee, wine and other stains (my Dad lived with us and he shook when he carried his coffee etc. to his easy chair which was right by where the dogs came in). GREAT JOB, TRUST WORTHY, and DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY CARPET.

My experience in the pass with carpet cleaners has been the bait and switch, they come in with one price and add on more money so they can get it clean, Not with SPS comapany, I talked to Steve he told the price for the rooms I needed the carpet cleaned and stretched not only did Jason do a great job he did not try to jack up the price. I have and will continue to reconmend this HONEST COMPANY!!! Mrs. Hobbs

Wow, what an unpleasant experience. Call this company to clean my mom's house. They were late, unprofessional, and the job they did was not up to par with even STANELY STEAMER They were late, and rude. My mon is 76 years old and was having guest over the next day. Needless to say we call another company to get her carpet clean. NOTE: WHEN A EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY ASK TO MAKE OUT A CHECK IN THERE NAME RATHER THAN THE COMPANY A RED FLAG SHOULD LIGHT UP. BEING THAT MY MOM IS 76 YEARS OLD SHE GOT REAL SUSPICIOUS. RED FLAG NUMBER ONE. RED FLAG NUMBER TWO BEING LATE.

We pride ourselves to do the best job possible. If a customer any problem, we want know about it so it can be resolved. We have rarely had any issues with our customers because we stand behind our work and take care of any unhappy customers usually in one to two days. Which is less than 1% in 5 years where not perfect but we are trying. Occasionally, one our technicians can run a little late due to Atlanta traffic or the previous customer wanted some extra work that was not scheduled, we want to do quality work for everyone. If he is late, he will call at let the customer know before he is late or as soon as possible. We have called all our customers in the last 3 weeks and have not discovered any problems. We are still waiting on few call backs. Everyone was happy with the work.
