Sent in over a month ago a system board from a Dell Latitude laptop for 5-day turnaround rework via USPS Priority Mail and company has not completed work or responded to e-mail and telephone calls. Google "GPU Medics" and you will discover many recent complaints from affected consumers along with an "F" BBB rating. Wish it weren't so, but something sinister is going on with this business.

Hands down, the single worst customer service experience I have ever had in my LIFE. Sent a laptop for repair, broke within a week, sent it back again, waited months, broke in one hour. Not even tested. Waited 3 months for a "new motherboard" which they said must be the problem. Never came. They NEVER pick up the phone, return a call, or return an email. Finally had to FAX a statement I would contact the BBB wherein Dale said "oh, we will just refund your money tomorrow" so nonchalantly. Well "tomorrow" took 2 more months and I had to wave a police report in front of them just to make it come. Total ordeal was 8 months. WORST COMPANY, EVER.

It's been 2 months since I sent my laptop for repair and I have yet to receive it back. I call and call and send email after email. My calls go unreturned and my emails ignored. When I do actually get someone on the phone, they say we will get right on it, call you back with the tracking info or whatever else they can come up with. I wish I would've done my research on them BEFORE I sent my laptop. I don't understand how they are even still in business! I will not give up on this and am very close to filing some kind of lawsuit.

I Have sent my Xbox 360 to have the video repaired and I was told it would have a 2-3 day turn time, at most a week. So I waited it out and for the past 4 days I have received no answer when calling. No Update or E-mail. It has been 3 weeks so far and I have basically lost a month subscription of Live. Don't use them, find someone else.

Filled a complain to Better Business Bureau against this compagny. I sent 12 motherboards for repair in summer 2007. The compagny received the motherboards but never contacted me for an update. I called many times the boss (Dale) and he always told me he was going to ship but never received the motherboards. So beware customers !!!
