How nice to know that pride in workmanship is still alive and well. Shannon Titshaw and his crew were truly amazing in their expertise, attention to detail and swift work in replacing our roof recently. Beginning w/ a low pressure visit with owner, Ron Herring, describing all facets of the job then 2 days roof removal,installing the new roof, gutter covers, chimney cap and new roof on our shed all executed fast and efficiently by Shannon and his crew. His knowledge and experience were obvious in his close attention to detail. We chose GAF 30 yr Timberline shingles and our home looks new again. and just beautiful! We will recommend them to all friends and family. It's rare these days to find people so dedicated to excellence in service and pride in their workmanship.

We are more than happy with the job done on our roof by Superior Roofing. From James King, the salesman, to Shannon Titshaw, the crew foreman, to all the members of the crew, all were very professional and extremely capable. Some damage was done to a wall in our attic bedroom and they had an excellent sheet rock man repair it at no cost. Also, one ridge vent was incorrectly installed and they came and corrected that the next day. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

The Superior Roofing crew did a wonderful job with my roof replacement. It looks great and I have received compliments from several of my neighbors. The carpenter crew did a really good job rebuilding the rear chimney and replacing some deteriorated siding. I was amazed at how nice the chimney turned out.
Kevin Dierkes made sure everything was done correctly and fully explained suggested rememdies related to the chimney and siding issues. He also kept me informed regarding the progress on each part of the job. He even came out to make sure the job site was clean once the project was completed (I believe he may have actually swept the driveway himself).

The overall service was "Superior". Our initial contact with David was Great! He was very informative, responsive, and provided a recommendation based on our individual needs. The execution of the replacement of the roof, managed by Shannon and Paul, was flawless. Their organizational skills were amazing. The workers performed as a well trained team. Kevin Dierkes and Superior Roofing came to us through a referral and we were very impressed with the quality of service, level of professionalism, and overall attention to detail that Superior demonstrated when they re-roofed our home recently. Kevin was very patient and answered all of our questions, plus he helped us negotiate our insurance settlement. Tino and his crew installed our roof and they were fantastic; they worked fast, protected the outside of the house very well and were very conscientious about getting the job just right. And the real magic is that their pricing is right in line with everyone else. We would have no hesitations recommending Superior roofing.

I got 3 estimates and all were within $200 of each other, but Superior's approach was the best- low pressure and very professional. The guys that did the job were awesome- they stayed late to get as much done prior to a storm moving in that night. They were on the roof after dark wearing headlights to finish up! They also scoured the yard to clean up all dropped shingle pieces.

Just had to share the fact that I rarely get the kind of service from most contractors that I have experienced from Kevin and the folks at Superior Roofing. First they did a great job on replacing my roof which included a low pressure inital sales call that laid out all the alternatives for me along with suggestions for improvements that I had not previously considered. The crew that did the work was very professional and when I asked for some follow up service to handle some special venting options for me, Kevin handled this himself for no additional charge. When they had finished I could not find a single nail on the ground or on the driveway waiting to provide me with a flat tire unlike the previous roofing contractor I had back in 1997 - bottom line great looking job and great service.

David and his crew went beyond the call of duty to repair a leaking roof jack. They not only repaired the leak area but also those factors that contributed to the leak, such as the flashing and a sagging gutter. They were punctual & professional. I will use Superior for any other roofing repairs.

We used Superior to reroof our first home a few years ago, and their workmanship was first rate. We called them this year to replace the roof on our current residence. Kevin Dierkes and the crew were professional, detail-oriented, and did a great job once again. We recommend this company without reservation.
