I watched my car hit the car in front of it, 2-3 times, as it was exiting the wash. Then had the Manager tell me it was just 1 bump, and nothing more, then refused to take a report, or inform the other vehicle owner so they could check their vehicle for damage. Makes me wonder how often this happens, especially considering they were not busy!

We took our car to be detailed. The car was there all day and when we finally returned to get it (5 PM), the rugs in the back seat hadn't been touched! When they took it back to finish the job, they lost our keyless remote. Three weeks later we have had no response to our calls to have this key replaced.
