Dealer misleads customer to believe service requirements include many un-needed requirments. Owner manual states the requirments (centers around oil change). Dealer adds many useless items such as fuel additive (something the owner's manual says not to do!). When I explained this to the dealer, I was told they would not accept a coupon unless I signed up for "their version" of the service. The owners's manual requirments are not honored at this dealership.

Took my new Lexus there to have a spoiler installed. They botched the install and put a bunch of miles on my car. When I complained, my service manager acted like he could care less. I asked for the service manager but he was never available and never called me. I never did get a followup survey either. I always get great service from other Lexus dealers, so I'll never step foot in this one again.

I was sent a promotional letter from Superstition Springs Lexus to come in and try a key that was sent to me in the mail in their treasure chest to win a new car. For my troubles they would also give me 10 lottery tickets. The key they sent me wouldn't even fit in the lock and secondly they only gave me 5 lottery tickets because they said they were running low on lottery tickets, as if they were saveing a few tickets for the next guy who came in. Lastly, when I walked in the show room with my promotional letter, I was treated as though I couldn't afford a new Lexus by the sales person, although less than a year ago I bought a new Lexus with cash. Go figure !!!!!
