I understand most eye care businesses will fix glasses for free up to a limit, but, Sure Sight-Woodstock went the extra mile for me. I went in to have a lens popped back in place and to check if they could fix a broken pair of wire framed glasses(I wasn't very hopeful). They fixed both and actually replaced the bridge on the wire framed ones. Thanks again to Sure Sight! I will be returning to your store in the future to purchase frames and contacts.

I scheduled an appt. in advance for a week-day morning. After a nearly thirty minute wait, I was called back. The provider was abrupt and not very personable but seemed competent enough, though I was put off by the layer of dust on the equipment. Not that it was excessivly dirty, but it was more dust accumulation than I would ever be comfortable with in my own home. I was told that the lenses I needed were in stock and that I could have them in 30 minutes; wait or come back. I chose to leave, grabbed lunch, and came back an hour later. At that time I was told "10 more minutes." After waiting several minutes, I was then informed that the lenses were not actually in stock and would have to be ordered. I was given a time frame of "a couple days." Given my experience with SureSight today, I won't hold my breath!

My initial thoughts after my exam were, 'wow, fast, reasonably priced service". However, by the time I received my glasses > a week after the expected date AND the lack of apology from the office manager for the confusion surrounding the delay in the delivery of my glasses, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth and will not return to this location.
