Upfront I have PTSD and have always put off going to doctors in general and gyno's for sure. I was upfront with Dr. Wheatley about my condition and she made it easier for me and I will have no problem going back. The staff were fine with me and I had no problem with billing. Reading the other reviews I can only state that calling and asking about who they bill with will always be more accurate than a website. Great bedside manner and being professional!

What a terrible experience! First, the staff lies to me about what insurnaces they are "in network with" and I have to pay extra money. Next, I get yelled at by the office manager! Terrible way to treat a new patient and terrible service on the phone and in person. What a shame because the Doctor is very professional. Wish she could hear how the front staff talks to their patients and the manager told me the doctor would "not hear about this matter" because she's the one who handles it and I could not speak to her!

Dr. Wheatley is very thorough and listens well. She is to the point and uses humor to often get that point across. I've been a patient for the last several years and highly recommend her.

The front office is unprofessional and does not follow their policy on filing insurance as it is published on their website. She refuses to file with United Healthcare. Glad this was only a well visit and not one of the more critical services they offer. I would not recommend this office.
