Sushi Deli One

Awful, terrible. Do not go here. Sure, the food is ok and is actually good given the very low prices. There is a long wait and it is noisy, but that is no surprise. But, today I had a horrible experience. My son and I arrived at 1:15 pm. End of lunch rus but 75 minutes before closing. We ordered quickly and the waitress brought our soups right away. But, then, brefore barely starting the soup the waitress brings my son's order, chicken tempura platter. Ummm, ok, that isn't terrible, but. Then,, no food for me. No waitress. Or I see her but she runs by without stopping. I ordered the sushi monthly special so nothing esoteric, unusual, in fact, something that they are presumably making frequently all day long. 20 minutes goes by. My son is starving so he starts eating his now cold chicken tempura. The waitress finally stops by (I have my head on the table) and says she is sorry for the delay. I try to ask her how much longer but she is gone. 10 more minutes, my son is done eating and still no sushi. We just left. Still no waitress. This place is terrible. To serve one person at a table 30+(?+++) minutes before the other, to never tell me when my food would be ready or to offer a substitute or an appetizer, awful. Do not go here

No. Seriously. Order the shauna roll. Sweet potato tempura, cream cheese, avocado. Deliciousness. The sushi is certainly not high-grade sushi. However, even as a foodie, I can appreciate what I call the "junk food sushi" appeal. Most rolls have cream cheese and/or tempura. Not at all authentic, but most certainly WORTH IT!! Super cheap. Just, be prepared to stand in line for a while on Fri/Sat night

My Boyfriend and I love to go here for a cheap date night. It is not Benihana quality sushi but it is PERFECT for the price. Our order usually consists of 2 big Asahi beers, 3 sushi rolls, edamame and salads and we have yet to spend more than $30. YOu have to get there early because there is always a wait but its worth it if you are on a budget! We are there at lease once a month.

This is the place to go! Get there at 5, and you'll be seated by 5:20. Order a $.99 Small Hot Sake and you're off to a good start. Any time after 5 though and you may be waiting outside for a while. No worries, go to the bar next door and order a Stone IPA on tap. By the time you make it to a table, you won't care how long you waited.

The food is below average, the prices are affordable, and the service is consistently poor. I've been here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. NEVER AGAIN. Lunch- long long lines (we were there at 11:30am). The service was sloooooooooow - we ended having to help ourselves to the sauces, dishes, napkins, etc. They got two of our four orders wrong. Dinner- the place was much more reasonable at night (no long lines; we were there at 7:30pm). Despite having a couple of open spaces, my family and I had to wait for a table. The food came out much quicker than when I was there for lunch. After dropping off our food, we didn't see the waitress again until we stopped her to ask for a box and the check. The guys who work here are cool, but the girls I ran into there were all rude and bitchy.
