We have been to many all you can eat places in Vegas including the well knowns like Makino, but Sushi Tachi is far and away the best!!! It is fresh and there are a wide variety of options including authentic Japanese sides like yakisoba, and gyoza! It is the best!!!

    High quality, but no creativity

Fairly standard selection of rolls, but everything is nice and fresh. The service is quick, but you don't feel like it's personal in any way. Worth going back, but I wouldn't go there on a date.

Beautiful ACYE Sushi Restaurant that needs work

This is a beautiful and clean, relatively new, Japanese sushi restaurant that serves ACYE (all you can eat). The staff is friendly and after you place your order, the food comes out quickly. The problem is getting the staff's attention in the first place is quite hard. The fish itself is fresh and there is a wide number of americanized rolls. The rolls are good and creative but the flavor is lacking in all the sushi that I tried. They also include a few appetizers and a few desserts with the ACYE menu. All in all it is a good restaurant that with some work, could be a really good restaurant.
