I can't believe how bad this dealership is. I have never been much of a review reader but, I sincerely wish I would have read the reviews on this dealership. please read the reviews

Good luck trying to get a tag after purchasing a used vehicle from them. Odometer discrepancies and no way to get tag or title. Don't waste your time at this dealership. Very dishonest!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Sutherlin and our experience was amazing! I always hate shopping for cars because I feel you are pressured into a lot of things you aren't wanting, but not here. Our associate was Cass Warner and I can't say enough nice things about him! He ran the numbers for my husband and I before we even went outside to look at the selection to know what was in our price range. They found a credit place who would work with our credit and made it monthly payments we could afford! We love our new (to us) car! Thank you Cass and Sutherlin!

Two Sutherlin Nissan reps lied about the prepaid service plan. After we spent $698 for it, we discovered our local Nissan dealer did not honor it. When we cancelled the policy, we were told that Nissan's policy is to credit the $698 as a deposit to be returned subject to a car condition description which they would not define. So we are paying $20 per month for a prepaid service plan which we are not using; and we hope to get the $698 back, without interest, at the end of the lease. None of this is in writing -- either before the sale or after the sale. When told that this makes me very unhappy I was told that's our policy and we can't change it.

I have purchased a new Xterra from this dealership and have that vehicle and another serviced by their service department and it is almost always a great experience. They are friendly and responsive.

We purchased Altima last month from dealership, car had no floor-mats - but we were promised that we would have them within the week, as well as the second key. Now, one month later, no key and no floormats-and no return calls/emails! Also caved to high-pressure extended warranty, called to cancel warranty after reviewing and looking over contract - I called the finance manager who lied to me over the phone and told me that he would cancel over the phone (which is impossible according to actual company that issued the warranty). Excellent car - but horrible service of those representing Nissan!

Friendly service. Great used car pricing for the value.Their are certain factors that I look for when spending my hard earned cash. Quality and location are important, but customer service goes a long way.

I bought a used Xterra from Sutherlin from their internet sales dept. They stuck by the price on the internet, not trying to increase it once I got there. Their original offer on the Nissan that I was trading in was over $1000 lower than Carmax's offer-which suprised me since they are a Nissan dealership.
