My family has used Sutton forever, so when I had an issue with my washer/dryer my parents suggested I call them. They were quick to get me on schedule, prompt with phone calls, and really friendly people. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been using Sutton for the past 15+ years for parts and advice on all the household appliances. They are very gracious with help and advice. They have found parts for older stoves that are no longer available anywhere. I can walk in or call in for a part and it will be there. They even advise me on better quality or cheaper parts that are available. Good guys. Would and do recommend them to anyone.

I needed my dryer repaired. It wasn't broken just making a squeaking noise. I called Appliance Dr and there fees to come out seemed high. I was glad to call Sutton since they were local to us. I was told a $50 trip charge plus parts and labor. I asked if there would be more trip charges if it wasn't repaired and they said no. HOW was I to know that they charge $80/hr for labor?? He wasn't there for an hour but I was told in increments of 20 mins. Fair enough on that policy but for the last 10-15 he was in my laundry room writing a receipt. I really felt like I got 30mins of work and the rest was quiet time. I hate to give this company a bad review for not telling me ahead of time about the labor charge but its about expectations. If I knew I was being charged that price in 20 min increments I would have hung out in the laundry room and watched more closely. So to repair a dryer that was squeaking I am out $174.

Had a problem with my dishwasher & the people from Sutton Service were kind enough to go through a list of possible solutions over the phone. One of the solutions worked and I did not even need a service call! I will be singing their praises for quite a while to come...
