In addition to the staffing the store with the rudest, meanest, least customer oriented staff, Suvidha sells: 1. Outdated groceries 2. Rotten vegetables They sell pirated illegal copies of DVDs. They don't have established video rental rules. Each member has his/her own version of rental policy and when questioned, they yell and demean customers. One staff had said, I would be refunded a part of the rental money if I returned the DVD within a week and when I went to return it, they refused to give me the refund. When I asked that they exhibit a copy of their rental policy, the staff member was rude and yelled at me. He asked me to return the next day to get the refund (a petty $1) from the staff who had originally lent me the DVD. The attitude of the staff at Suvidha and they way they treat customers is horrible. Suvidha is cheating it's customers.

I live in the Suwanee area and did not know about such a great Indian store in our neighborhood. After finding about Suvidha during a social gathering, I made it a point to visit the store everyone spoke so highly of. During my visit to the store, I was highly impressed by the quality, collection, and overall appearance of the store including the excellent customer service. I have lived in the US for a very long time and have been to many Indian stores in various states across the country. I can say that I have never been to any Indian store which presented such a wonderful customer friendly experience, a very clean and well organized store with an excellent quality and collection of products including fresh vegetables. Their fresh Samosas are excellent. I found the prices to be mostly reasonable. They need to do a much better job of marketing the business among our community. I wish I had known about Suvidha when they first opened up.

I have never come across such greedy people ever. The customer service is so poor. Everything in the store needs inspection since their groceries do not have an expiry date. The store owners are so rude when it comes to exchange policy. Don't ever go to this store.

I bought the Saachi Roti maker form this Indian store in Atlanta. The roti maker worked fine for about 3 months, then quit. There is no information provided about the service center. The warranty card mentions about going to the sales agent which in my case is the Indian store. I went with the faulty machine and guess what, I had the nastiest experience ever. We have been regular customers of this store ever since it opened up and inspite of that the store owner did not have the basic courtesy to listen to my side of the story. He kept interrupting me with just one statement and that being that he could not do anything about the purchase and that I had to accept the fact that it is my loss that the machine broke down. I have never in all, my 15 years in the US come across such a rude person. My only sugestion to all Georgians is to avoid shopping at Suvidha and definitely to stay away form the Saachi Roti maker.
