Several companies came out and could not find our tank. Swat came out on time and found the tank immediately. Prices are reasonable and the young men were very respectful and helpful. Afterwards the owner called to make sure I was satisfied. This is great customer service, I would highly recommend!

My experience was TOTALLY different than some of these reviews! Overall these guys are down to earth, friendly and most important Honest, good people. Josh quoted me a competitive price. When they came out, they had to dig more than anticipated, used more materials BUT stuck to their original quote! They can take a little while to get back to you and for me arrived later than we had scheduled (which is the ONLY reason I didn't give them 5/5). But when they get there, they'll do you right...I just referred someone today!

The man who visited our home was present for a very short amount of time. Come to find out he had only emptied a portion of our tank, because as of now it is almost full again! Also, prior to his departure I asked how things looked and if he saw any issues. He stated 'no', yet we have recently found that there are tree roots blocking some of the piping. Clearly he did not take the time to inspect or drain the tank like we had paid $350 for. Office staff took over 2 months to cash the check and later threatened us with legal action when we cancelled the check due to the fact that we felt the check had been lost and I am a victim of identity theft (who waits 2 months?). Connie was rude and should be embarrassed for threatening us ("What you did was illegal; I am going to sue you and you will have to pay all of our lawyer fees", blah blah). A simple phone call asking for an explanation would have been the professional route, but I guess professionalism is above this company of MORONS.

I dealt with a guy named Josh. They came to my house and charged me 375 to "Pump Tank". They drilled a hole (which is illegal) then said they pumped, but actually they did nothing but remove the water on top and left the built up solids. I ended up having to call a new company and ultimately spent 5000 to repair my system. This company will not return calls and will not give me my money back. Bad experience and they spent time talking to me about "dishonest guys" in the industry. Don't trust them.

Swat came to my home and was suppose to clean out my septic tank, however they only removed a minimum of waste. When I called them back they lied and said they would come by and look however they did not come or reply to my phone calls. I will be seeking legal action against them.

Took great care locating my lines and avoiding damage. Gave recommendations on moving a tree that was close to my tank, then moved it for me! Very reasonable, very proficient. I would definitely recommend Don Brooks and his crew.

I paid for pumping a 1000 gallon tank I they did not remove the lid to pump they ran a hose through a 4 inch site hole.water mark on hose was about 30 inches.so the tank was pumped 30 inches from the top. they only pumped water out. this is not what he said he would do. Very disappointed in Him,His Word and His work.He should have removed the lid and pumped to the bottom of tank any questions call me. (RAY)4049104099 would not recomend. Find someone (Trustworthy)

I needed to relocate a secondary septic system and had Swat do the install and dig new drainage trenches. The final product appears to be well done but getting there was a nightmare. Their backhoe guy didn't take any care in protecting existing systems. They broke telephone lines, downspouts (3x), cat V wiring, electrical lines (3x), low voltage lines (2x), irrigation system (multiple times), main water line between pumps, ripped up 30 feet of gas line, and they knocked over numerous trees. The owner refused to make any amends. The cost of fixing all of this has doubled the bill. I do not recommend these guys if you need work on an existing home.
