HORRIBLE CLASS INSTRUCTOR.Have to LEARN how to talk to students and student's parents.Needs to be MORE PATIENT and LESS RUDE. Whether that person did not remember or did not catch on right at the beginning. You still have to be PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING as a teacher.Especially and I repeat especially, if it's their first time baking from scratch. Coach them through it WITH PATIENCE NOT FRUSTRATION ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU ARE GETTING PAID FOR IT. ATTENTION TO MRS SHARIE: ANY REBUTTAL THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO THIS REVIEW DOES NOT JUSTIFY HOW RUDE AND IMPATIENT YOU WERE TO MY MOTHER AND I ON MY FIRST DAY OF CLASS. Anyone searching for a Cake Decorating Class check at your local Michael's or Hobby LOBBY, because they do offer Wilton's Cake Decorating Classes also and most likely is cheaper. WORK WITH MORE EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS.WHO IS NICE AND PATIENT TOO.

THIS IS A RESPONSE TO SHARIE'S REPLY. If I was reading during class it was to keep up with what you were doing.So when it was time for me to do my example I would nt get yelled at by you. You say that I was talking. How could I have been talking it was only two students in your class(that was that girl and me)and we only talked during lunch. Why would I pay you $137 to talk through class.When I could have paid less and did that at Michael's. Even with all that yelling I still treated you with respect.The reason why you only harass me and no other students before is because you thought you had a pushover.

I used Sweet Dreams for our wedding cake when they first moved to Georgia and had just opened. The customer service was impeccable from the initial cake tasting to the final delivery on my wedding day. Everyone loved our cake's flavor and it was absolutely beautiful. Since then, I've used Shari and Steve for many family birthday cakes- one as recently as last week for my mother. Shari went above and beyond. Everyone once again loved the cake itself and the decorations were amazing. I highly recommend Sweet Dreams for ANY occasion. So would many of my friends and family who have used Sweet Dreams since our wedding in 06. Shari and Steve treat you like family, which is hard to come by when you're talking vendors for weddings! Just book them already.

Sweet Dreams Bakery did a wonderful job on two separate occasions designing and delivering a wonderful birthday cake. They are passionate about their business and offered excellent service. Every adult at our son's party agreed that the Sweet Dreams cake was the best they ever tasted. My son was over the moon with their cake design. Very creative, delicious to eat and affordable. We will work with this bakery again.

This wedding cake was the best tasting cake I have ever hadbut the main lady treated me horrible. She overcharged my card for the amount American Express charges them to run my card, and when I said something to her she expected me to pay for it without her ever saying anything before she ran it. UmmmI think NOT!! One day I went there after I was already committed to their place for my wedding cake, she came out from the back room with a spatula in her mouth, licking it in front of me. Ewwww. (Unprofessional) The cake is good but sometimes it is not worth being worried that something will go wrong with your cake when you have so much else to worry about. Good luck if you decide to go with this company. Remember she can be really mean if you say the wrong thing.
