I've been training with Marty Hill at Sweet Science Fitness for more than two years. Both his personal training sessions one-on-one and group classes are incredible. You can expect to be motivated, pushed beyond mental limits and know you'll walk out having a great overall workout. The sport of boxing is a great stress release, it's a mental challenge and extremely fun. Once you start, you'll love it and never want it to end!

Boxing at Sweet Science Fitness has quickly given me arm definition without the weight training. Training with Marty Hill has been tough but lots of fun. Being a part of this tribe, has introduced me to new friends, friendly competitions, and exciting fight parties. I never expected all of this from a personal trainer!

When Marty first approached me outside of Sweet Science Fitness, I must admit that I was a little disinclined to entertain the idea of boxing. I was diagnosed with a heart condition that many people rarely overcome about five years ago. The cardiologists instructed me to stop lifting weights as often and increase my cardio. But I mean really, the treadmill gets boring if there isn's some eye candy somewhere in my line of sight. I decided to give Sweet Science a shot and with a few other life changes, boxing has increased my cardiac performance tremendously. I am actually planning to compete in the very near future. If you are worried about black and blues, dont fret on bit....you can learn the art without ever being touched. After all, who wants to walk into a meeting with a bruised face? So ladies, I would strognly encourage you to give it a try.
